GERMANY, Feb. 27, 2016 (AMP) — 2. Bundesliga / Match day 23: After their 1-1 draw against VfL Bochum on February 21, Die Löwen returned to winning ways with a 3-2 victory over Fortuna Düsseldorf this Saturday.
1860 Munich dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by midfielder Kai Bülow in the 29th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, Die Löwen further widened their lead in the second period by scoring twice (Mölders '47 and Liendl '80/penalty).
Fortuna Düsseldorf remains in 15th place with 24 points from 23 games, 2 points behind FSV Frankfurt, which has a game in hand.
