Bundesliga (Week 21) : Bayern Munich beats Augsburg 3-1

GERMANY, Feb. 14, 2016 (AMP) — Bundesliga / Match day 21: After their 0-0 draw against Bayer Leverkusen on February 6, the Bavarians returned to winning ways with a 3-1 victory over Augsburg this Sunday.

Robert Lewandowski scored dual goals

Bayern Munich dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Polish forward Robert Lewandowski in the 15th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Bavarians further widened their lead in the second period by scoring twice (Lewandowski '62 and Müller '78).

Bayern Munich remains in first place with 56 points from 21 games, a 8-point lead over runner-up Borussia Dortmund.
