Bundesliga (Week 7) : Hoffenheim defeats Freiburg 2-1
GERMANY, Oct. 15, 2016 (AMP) — Bundesliga / Match day 7: Three wins in a row for Hoffenheim. After their success against Schalke 04 and FC Ingolstadt, Hoffenheim continued their sensational form in the Bundesliga with a 2-1 victory over SC Freiburg this Saturday.
Hoffenheim dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by forward Sandro Wagner in the 34th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, Hoffenheim players further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Kramarić on penalty with just 9 minutes remaining in regulation time.
TSG 1899 Hoffenheim climbed to fifth place with 13 points from 7 games, tie on points with Borussia Dortmund.
