GERMANY, Dec. 3, 2016 (AMP) — Bundesliga / Match day 13: After their 2-2 draw against Hamburger SV on November 26, Die Werderaner bounced back with a 2-1 victory over FC Ingolstadt this Saturday.
Werder Bremen dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by forward Max Kruse in the 24th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, Die Werderaner further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Bartels in the 76th minute.
SV Werder Bremen climbed to 14th place with 11 points from 13 games, 2 points behind Borussia Mönchengladbach.
