Bundesliga (Week 13) : Bayer and Freiburg play to a 1-1 draw
GERMANY, Dec. 3, 2016 (AMP) — Bundesliga / Match day 13: The match between Bayer Leverkusen and SC Freiburg ended in a 1-1 draw on Saturday.
SC Freiburg players started off well by taking the lead thanks to SC Freiburg midfielder Janik Haberer in the 30th minute. However, even though they were leading 1-0 at half time, they could not prevent a comeback by Bayer Leverkusen with a saving goal from Turkish midfielder Hakan Çalhanoğlu in the 60th minute.
Bayer Leverkusen climbed to 9th place with 17 points from 13 games, tie on points with FC Schalke 04, which has a game in hand.
