Bundesliga (Week 17) : Dortmund beats Bremen 2-1
GERMANY, Jan. 21, 2017 (AMP) — Bundesliga / Match day 17: After three straigth draws, BVB returned to winning ways with a 2-1 victory over Werder Bremen this Saturday.
Borussia Dortmund dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by midfielder André Schürrle in the 5th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, BVB further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Piszczek Lukasz in the 71st minute.
Borussia Dortmund climbed to fourth place with 30 points from 17 games, only one point behind TSG 1899 Hoffenheim.
