Bundesliga (Week 16) : Hoffenheim draw 1-1 with Bremen
GERMANY, Dec. 21, 2016 (AMP) — Bundesliga / Match day 16: Hoffenheim was held to a 1-1 draw by Werder Bremen on Wednesday.
Hoffenheim players started off well by taking the lead thanks to Hoffenheim forward Sandro Wagner in the 26th minute. However, even though they were leading 1-0 at half time, they could not prevent a comeback by Werder Bremen with a saving goal from Werder Bremen forward Serge Gnabry in the 87th minute.
TSG 1899 Hoffenheim are down in fifth place with 28 points from 16 games, one point behind Eintracht Frankfurt.
