GERMANY, Apr. 2, 2017 (AMP) — Bundesliga / Match day 26: After losing 1-0 to Borussia Dortmund on March 17, Die Schanzer bounced back with a 2-1 victory over Mainz this Sunday.
FC Ingolstadt dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by French defender Bregerie Romain in the 10th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, Die Schanzer further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Hadergjonaj Florent in the 73rd minute.
1. FSV Mainz 05 are down in 14th place with 29 points from 26 games, one point behind Hamburger SV.
