GERMANY, Apr. 22, 2017 (AMP) — Bundesliga / Match day 30: After losing 3-1 to Borussia Dortmund on April 15, the Eagles returned to winning ways with a 3-1 victory over Augsburg this Saturday.
Fabian Marco scored dual goals
Augsburg had started off well by taking the lead in the 9th minute with a goal by Gouweleeuw Jeffrey. Trailing 1-0 at half time, the Eagles nonetheless manage to reverse the direction of the game by scoring three times in the second period (Fabian Marco '78, '87 and Rebić '90).
Eintracht Frankfurt climbed to 8th place with 41 points from 30 games, tie on points with 1. FC Köln.
