GERMANY, Apr. 23, 2017 (AMP) — Bundesliga / Match day 30: After losing 4-0 to RB Leipzig on April 15, the Breisgau-Brasilianer bounced back with a 2-1 victory over Bayer Leverkusen this Sunday.
SC Freiburg dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by forward Nils Petersen in the 11th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Breisgau-Brasilianer further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Stenzel Pascal with just 2 minutes remaining in regulation time.
SC Freiburg remains in 6th place with 44 points from 30 games, 2 points behind Hertha Berlin.
