GERMANY, Apr. 23, 2017 (AMP) — Bundesliga / Match day 30: RB Leipzig was held to a 1-1 draw by Schalke 04 on Sunday.
RB Leipzig players started off well by taking the lead thanks to RB Leipzig forward Timo Werner in the 14th minute. However, even though they were leading 1-0 at half time, they could not prevent a comeback by Schalke 04 with a saving goal from Dutch forward Klaas-Jan Huntelaar in the 46th minute.
RB Leipzig remains in second place with 62 points from 30 games, 8 points behind Bayern Munich.
