GERMANY, Sep. 30, 2017 (AMP) — Bundesliga / Match day 7: After losing 2-1 to RB Leipzig on September 23, the Eagles bounced back with a 2-1 victory over Stuttgart this Saturday.
Eintracht Frankfurt dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Croatian forward Ante Rebić in the 42nd minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Eagles further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Haller in stoppage time.
Eintracht Frankfurt climbed to 8th place with 10 points from 7 games, tie on points with RB Leipzig, which has a game in hand.
