GERMANY, Oct. 14, 2017 (AMP) — Bundesliga / Match day 8: Hannover 96 crashed to their 2nd consecutive defeat as they lost 2-1 against Eintracht Frankfurt.
Eintracht Frankfurt forward Sébastien Haller opened the score in the 10th minute, before seeing Hannover 96 catch up in the 36th minute thanks to Salif Sané. 1-1 at half time. The Eagles eventually won the game in the second period with with a goal by Rebić with one minute left in regular time.
Eintracht Frankfurt climbed to 6th place with 13 points from 8 games, tie on points with FC Schalke 04.
