Bundesliga (Week 8) : Bayern Munich beats Freiburg 5-0
GERMANY, Oct. 14, 2017 (AMP) — Bundesliga / Match day 8: After their 2-2 draw against Wolfsburg on October 1 and 2-2 draw against Hertha Berlin on October 1, the Bavarians returned to winning ways with a 5-0 victory over SC Freiburg this Saturday.
Bayern Munich dominated the first half thanks to goals from Schuster ('8 own) and Coman ('42). Leading 2-0 at the break, the Bavarians further widened their lead in the second period by scoring three times (Alcántara '63, Lewandowski '75 and Kimmich Joshua '90).
Bayern Munich remains in second place with 17 points from 8 games, 2 points behind Borussia Dortmund, which has a game in hand.
