FRANCEVILLE, Jan. 15, 2017 (AMP) — Gabon 2017 : Senegal defeated Tunisia by a score of 2-0 (halftime: 2-0), in a AFCON group stage game on Sunday night at the Stade de Franceville.

All the action happened in the first half, with goals from Mané ('10 on penalty) and Mbodji ('30).

The result put the Senegalese top of Group B with 3 points. In their next game, Senegal will meet second-placed Zimbabwe at the Stade de Franceville on January 19, while Tunisia will face Algeria.
