Championship (Week 9) : Blackburn and Watford play to a 2-2 draw
ENGLAND, Sep. 27, 2014 (AMP) — Championship / Match day 9: Watford was held to a 2-2 draw by Blackburn Rovers on Saturday.
Watford players started off well by taking the lead thanks to goals by Vydra ('30) and Tőzsér ('41). However, even though they were leading 2-0 at half time, they could not prevent a comeback by Blackburn Rovers with goals by Gestede ('46) and Ryan Tunnicliffe ('77).
Watford FC climbed to third place with 17 points from 9 games, 2 points behind Nottingham Forest FC.
