ENGLAND, Jan. 17, 2015 (AMP) — Championship / Match day 26: The match between Wigan Athletic and Blackburn Rovers ended in a 1-1 draw on Saturday.
Blackburn Rovers players started off well by taking the lead thanks to Irish midfielder Evans in the 15th minute. However, even though they were leading 1-0 at half time, they could not prevent a comeback by Wigan Athletic with a saving goal from Irish midfielder James McClean in the 63rd minute.
Blackburn Rovers FC remains in 10th place with 36 points from 26 games, one point behind Sheffield Wednesday FC.
