ENGLAND, Jan. 10, 2015 (AMP) — Championship / Match day 25: Two wins in a row for Birmingham City. After their 1-3 win against Nottingham Forest on December 28, the Blues continued their sensational form in the Championship with a 3-1 victory over Wigan Athletic this Saturday.
Clayton Donaldson scored tripple goals
Birmingham City dominated the first half thanks to goals from Donaldson ('2, '14). Leading 2-1 at the break, the Blues further widened their lead in the second period with another goal by Donaldson in the 64th minute.
Birmingham City FC climbed to 12nd place with 34 points from 25 games, tie on points with Cardiff City.
