ENGLAND, Apr. 2, 2016 (AMP) — Championship / Match day 39: The match between actual leader Burnley and Brighton & Hove Albion ended in a frustrating 2-2 draw on Saturday.

Brighton & Hove Albion players started off well by taking the lead thanks to goals by Stephens ('30) and Knockaert ('45) while Burnley only scored once Gray ('33). However, even though they were leading 2-1 at half time, they could not prevent a comeback by Burnley with a saving goal from Burnley defender Michael Keane in the 90th minute.

Burnley remains in first place with 76 points from 39 games, a 3-point lead over runner-up Middlesbrough FC, which has a game in hand.
