ENGLAND, Sep. 17, 2016 (AMP) — Championship / Match day 8: After their 1-1 draw against Aston Villa on September 14, the Bees returned to winning ways with a 5-0 victory over Preston this Saturday.
Scott Hogan scored tripple goals
Brentford dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by forward Scott Hogan in the 34th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Bees further widened their lead in the second period by scoring four times (Dean '74, Hogan '84, '87 and Humphrey Chris '85/own).
Brentford FC climbed to fifth place with 14 points from 8 games, only one point behind Barnsley FC.
