Championship (Week 8) : Norwich City beats Forest 2-1

ENGLAND, Sep. 17, 2016 (AMP) — Championship / Match day 8: Three wins in a row for Norwich City. After their success against Cardiff City and Wigan Athletic, the Canaries continued their sensational form in the Championship with a 2-1 victory over Nottingham Forest this Saturday.

Nottingham Forest had started off well by taking the lead in the 40th minute with a goal by Vellios Apostolos. Trailing 1-0 at half time, the Canaries nonetheless manage to reverse the direction of the game by scoring twice in the second period (Howson Jonny '52 and Dorrans '66).

Norwich City climbed to second place with 17 points from 8 games, 2 points behind Huddersfield Town AFC.
