ENGLAND, Sep. 24, 2016 (AMP) — Championship / Match day 9: After losing 2-1 to Birmingham City on September 17, the Owls bounced back with a 2-1 victory over Nottingham Forest this Saturday.
Kieran Lee scored dual goals
Nottingham Forest had started off well by taking the lead in the 35th minute with a goal by midfielder Henri Lansbury. Trailing 1-0 at half time, the Owls nonetheless manage to reverse the direction of the game by scoring twice in the second period (Lee '68, '90).
Sheffield Wednesday FC climbed to 11st place with 14 points from 9 games, tie on points with Bristol City FC.
