Championship (Week 33) : Fulham beats Bristol City 2-0
ENGLAND, Feb. 22, 2017 (AMP) — Championship / Match day 33: Three wins in a row for Fulham. After their success against Wigan Athletic and Nottingham Forest, the Cottages continued their sensational form in the Championship with a 2-0 victory over Bristol City this Wednesday.
Fulham dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Brazilian forward Lucas Piazón in the 17th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Cottages further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Cairney Tom in the 54th minute.
Fulham climbed to 7th place with 52 points from 32 games, 6 points behind Sheffield Wednesday FC.
