ENGLAND, Apr. 4, 2017 (AMP) — Championship / Match day 40: After their 2-2 draw against Blackburn Rovers on April 1 and 1-1 draw against Nottingham Forest on April 1, the Lilywhites returned to winning ways with a 5-0 victory over Bristol City this Tuesday.
Robinson Callum scored dual goals
Preston dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by forward Tom Barkhuizen in the 25th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Lilywhites further widened their lead in the second period by scoring four times (Mcgeady Aiden '47/penalty, Clarke Tom '54 and Robinson Callum '64, '68).
Preston North End FC remains in 8th place with 61 points from 40 games, 3 points behind Fulham.
