ENGLAND, Apr. 4, 2017 (AMP) — Championship / Match day 40: Two wins in a row for Derby County. After their 1-0 win against QPR on March 31, the Rams continued their sensational form in the Championship with a 4-2 victory over Fulham this Tuesday.
David Nugent scored tripple goals
Derby County dominated the first half thanks to goals from Nugent ('8, '42). Leading 2-1 at the break, the Rams further widened their lead in the second period by scoring twice (Nugent '59 and Russell '67).
Fulham are down in 7th place with 64 points from 40 games, 2 points behind Sheffield Wednesday FC.
