ENGLAND, Apr. 4, 2017 (AMP) — Championship / Match day 40: After their 1-1 draw against Birmingham City on April 1, the Tractor Boys bounced back with a 3-0 victory over Wigan Athletic this Tuesday.

Freddie Sears scored dual goals

Ipswich Town dominated the first half thanks to goals from McGoldrick ('22) and Sears ('30). Leading 2-0 at the break, the Tractor Boys further widened their lead in the second period with another goal by Sears with just 5 minutes remaining in regulation time.

Ipswich Town FC remains in 17th place with 49 points from 40 games, one point behind Queens Park Rangers.
