ENGLAND, Apr. 14, 2017 (AMP) — Championship / Match day 42: After losing 2-0 to Nottingham Forest on April 8, the Terriers returned to winning ways with a 3-2 victory over Preston this Friday.
Preston midfielder Mcgeady Aiden opened the score in the 23rd minute, before seeing Huddersfield Town catch up in the 43rd minute thanks to Elias Kachunga. 1-1 at half time. The Terriers eventually won the game in the second period with two more goals by Payne Jack ('70) and Quaner ('90).
Huddersfield Town AFC remains in third place with 77 points from 41 games, 7 points behind Newcastle United.
