ENGLAND, Apr. 17, 2017 (AMP) — Championship / Match day 43: After losing 1-2 to Ipswich Town on April 14, the Brewers returned to winning ways with a 2-0 victory over Birmingham City this Monday.
Burton Albion dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by midfielder Lloyd Dyer in the 36th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Brewers further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Akins Lucas in the 52nd minute.
Burton Albion FC climbed to 19th place with 48 points from 43 games, tie on points with Bristol City FC.
