Championship (Week 7) : Reading beats Barnsley 3-0
ENGLAND, Nov. 28, 2017 (AMP) — Championship / Match day 7: After their 2-2 draw against Bolton Wanderers on November 25 and 0-0 draw against Sheffield Wednesday on November 25, the Royals bounced back with a 3-0 victory over Barnsley this Tuesday.
Reading dominated the first half thanks to goals from Edwards ('20) and Van Den Berg Joey ('29). Leading 2-0 at the break, the Royals further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Bodvarsson Jon with just 2 minutes remaining in regulation time.
Reading FC remains in 16th place with 23 points from 19 games, one point behind Norwich City.
