HARRISON, Jul. 8, 2013 (AMP) — USA 2013 : El Salvador tied 2-2 with Trinidad and Tobago (halftime: 1-1), in a Gold Cup group stage game on Monday night at the Red Bull Arena in Harrison.
One goal for both sides in the first half, Zelaya ('22) for El Salvador, Daniel ('11) for Trinidad and Tobago and one each in the second, Zelaya ('69) for El Salvador, Jones ('73) for Trinidad and Tobago.
The result left both teams on top of Group B with one point. In their next game, Trinidad and Tobago will meet Haiti at the Red Bull Arena on July 12, while El Salvador will face Honduras.
