HOUSTON, Jul. 15, 2013 (AMP) — USA 2013 : El Salvador defeated Haiti by a score of 1-0 (halftime: 0-0), in a Gold Cup group stage game on Monday night at the BBVA Compass Stadium in Houston.
Haiti made the Salvadorans doubt themselves for forty-five minutes. 0-0 at half time. Everything was decided in the second period with a saving goal by Zelaya in the 76th minute.
