EAST HARTFORD, Jul. 16, 2013 (AMP) — USA 2013 : Cuba defeated Belize by a big score of 4-0 (halftime: 1-0), in a Gold Cup group stage game on Tuesday afternoon at the Rentschler Field in East Hartford.
Martínez scored tripple goals
Cuba dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Martínez in the 38th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Cubans further widened their lead in the second period by scoring three times (Martínez '61, '84 and Márquez '90).
