La Liga (Week 26) : Villarreal beats Levante 3-0
SPAIN, Feb. 28, 2016 (AMP) — La Liga / Match day 26: After their 0-0 draw against Atletico Madrid on February 21, El Submarino Amarillo returned to winning ways with a 3-0 victory over Levante this Sunday.
Villarreal dominated the first half thanks to goals from Baptistao Leonardo ('12) and Castillejo ('30). Leading 2-0 at the break, El Submarino Amarillo further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Lopez Adrian in the 48th minute.
Villarreal CF remains in fourth place with 52 points from 26 games, 2 points behind Real Madrid.
