La Liga (Week 37) : Real Sociedad beats Rayo 2-1
SPAIN, May. 8, 2016 (AMP) — La Liga / Match day 37: After losing 0-1 to Real Madrid on April 30, La Real bounced back with a 2-1 victory over Rayo Vallecano this Sunday.
Real Sociedad dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Oyarzabal Mikel in the 12th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, La Real further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Bautista Jon in the 50th minute.
Real Sociedad climbed to 9th place with 45 points from 37 games, tie on points with Malaga CF.
