La Liga (Week 7) : Malaga beats Bilbao 2-1
SPAIN, Oct. 2, 2016 (AMP) — La Liga / Match day 7: After four straigth victories against Deportivo La Coruna, Valencia, Granada and Sevilla, Los Leones lost 2-1 against Malaga.
Athletic Bilbao had started off well by taking the lead in the 3rd minute with a goal by forward Aritz Aduriz. Trailing 1-0 at half time, Los Boquerones nonetheless manage to reverse the direction of the game by scoring twice in the second period (Ramírez '82 and Valente Sergio '83).
Athletic Bilbao are down in 6th place with 12 points from 7 games, one point behind Villarreal CF.
