La Liga (Week 10) : Eibar beats Villarreal 2-1
SPAIN, Oct. 30, 2016 (AMP) — La Liga / Match day 10: After two straigth victories against Celta Vigo and Las Palmas, El Submarino Amarillo lost 2-1 against Eibar.
Villarreal had started off well by taking the lead in the 41st minute with a goal by midfielder Soriano Bruno on penalty. Trailing 1-0 at half time, the Armeros nonetheless manage to reverse the direction of the game by scoring twice in the second period (Ramis '80 and Leon Pedro '87).
Villarreal CF are down in fifth place with 19 points from 10 games, 2 points behind Sevilla FC.
