SPAIN, Oct. 22, 2016 (AMP) — La Liga / Match day 9: The match between Espanyol and Eibar ended in a 3-3 draw on Saturday.
Eibar players started off well by taking the lead thanks to goals by Enrich Sergi ('23), Reyes ('27 own) and Kike ('44). However, even though they were leading 3-0 at half time, they could not prevent a comeback by Espanyol with goals by Perez Hernan ('64), Pablo Piatti ('73) and Baptistao Leonardo ('90).
SD Eibar remains in 8th place with 12 points from 9 games, tie on points with UD Las Palmas, which has a game in hand.
