La Liga (Week 19) : Espanyol beats Granada 3-1
SPAIN, Jan. 21, 2017 (AMP) — La Liga / Match day 19: After losing 2-1 to Valencia on January 15, Los Periquitos bounced back with a 3-1 victory over Granada this Saturday.
Espanyol dominated the first half thanks to goals from Reyes Jose ('11) and Piatti ('32). Leading 2-1 at the break, Los Periquitos further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Navarro Marcos in the 48th minute.
RCD Espanyol climbed to 10th place with 26 points from 19 games, tie on points with SD Eibar, which has a game in hand.
