La Liga (Week 29) : Atletico beats Malaga 2-0

SPAIN, Apr. 1, 2017 (AMP) — La Liga / Match day 29: Four wins in a row for Atletico Madrid. After their success against Valencia, Granada and Sevilla, Los Colchoneros continued their sensational form in the La Liga with a 2-0 victory over Malaga this Saturday.

Atletico Madrid dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by midfielder Koke in the 26th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, Los Colchoneros further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Luis Filipe in the 74th minute.

Atletico Madrid climbed to third place with 58 points from 29 games, 5 points behind FC Barcelona, which has a game in hand.
