ENGLAND, Oct. 9, 2016 (AMP) — League One / Match day 12: Two wins in a row for AFC Wimbledon. After their 2-0 win against Gillingham on October 1, Dons continued their sensational form in the League One with a 3-1 victory over Oxford United this Sunday.
AFC Wimbledon dominated the first half thanks to goals from Elliott Tom ('20), Charles Darius ('42) and Barcham Andy ('45). Leading 3-0 at the break, Dons further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by in the th minute.
AFC Wimbledon climbed to 10th place with 16 points from 12 games, only one point behind Port Vale FC, which has a game in hand.
