ENGLAND, Oct. 8, 2016 (AMP) — League One / Match day 12: The match between actual leader Scunthorpe United and Northampton Town ended in a frustrating 1-1 draw on Saturday.
Scunthorpe United players started off well by taking the lead thanks to Morris Josh in the 44th minute. However, even though they were leading 1-0 at half time, they could not prevent a comeback by Northampton Town with a saving goal from Mccourt Jak in the 74th minute.
Scunthorpe United FC remains in first place with 25 points from 12 games, one point ahead of runner-up Bradford City AFC.
