League One (Week 35) : Swindon beats Gillingham 3-1
ENGLAND, Feb. 28, 2017 (AMP) — League One / Match day 35: Two wins in a row for Swindon Town. After their 1-3 win against Coventry City on February 25, the Robins continued their sensational form in the League One with a 3-1 victory over Gillingham this Tuesday.
Gillingham had started off well by taking the lead in the 10th minute with a goal by Mcdonald Cody. Trailing 1-0 at half time, the Robins nonetheless manage to reverse the direction of the game by scoring three times in the second period (Ince Rohan '56, Obika Jonathan '61 and Raphael Rossi Branco '75).
Gillingham FC are down in 19th place with 39 points from 35 games, one point behind Bury FC.
