ENGLAND, Apr. 5, 2017 (AMP) — League One / Match day 35: After losing 0-1 to Swindon Town on April 1, the Cod Army returned to winning ways with a 3-1 victory over Oxford United this Wednesday.

Grant Bobby opened the score in the 6th minute on penalty, before seeing Oxford United catch up in the 8th minute thanks to Nelson Curtis. 1-1 at half time. The Cod Army eventually won the game in the second period with two more goals by Eastham Ashley ('76) and Ball David ('87).

Fleetwood Town FC climbed to third place with 72 points from 41 games, 7 points behind Bolton Wanderers FC.
