League One (Week 35) : Bury defeats Coventry 2-1

ENGLAND, Feb. 28, 2017 (AMP) — League One / Match day 35: Three wins in a row for Bury. After their success against Chesterfield and Charlton Athletic, the Shakers continued their sensational form in the League One with a 2-1 victory over Coventry City this Tuesday.

Bury dominated the first half thanks to goals from Vaughan James ('16) and Pope Tom ('40). Leading 2-0 at the break, the Shakers further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by in the th minute.

Bury FC climbed to 18th place with 40 points from 35 games, tie on points with Northampton Town FC.
