League Two (Week 25) : AFC Wimbledon defeats Cambridge United 4-1
ENGLAND, Jan. 2, 2016 (AMP) — League Two / Match day 25: Two wins in a row for AFC Wimbledon. After their 0-2 win against Exeter City on December 28, Dons continued their sensational form in the League Two with a 4-1 victory over Cambridge United this Saturday.
Robinson Paul opened the score in the 10th minute, before seeing Cambridge United catch up in the 26th minute thanks to Berry Luke. 1-1 at half time. Dons eventually won the game in the second period with three more goals by Taylor Lyle ('64), Meades Jonathan ('76) and Azeez Adebayo ('86).
AFC Wimbledon climbed to 10th place with 36 points from 25 games, only one point behind Carlisle United FC, which has two games in hand.
