League Two (Week 25) : Accrington defeats Mansfield 3-2
ENGLAND, Jan. 2, 2016 (AMP) — League Two / Match day 25: After losing 1-0 to Northampton Town on December 28, Stanley bounced back with a 3-2 victory over Mansfield Town this Saturday.
Mingoia Piero opened the score in the 4th minute, before seeing Mansfield Town catch up in the 27th minute thanks to Green Matt. 1-1 at half time. Stanley eventually won the game in the second period with two more goals by Kee Billy ('72) and Gornell Terry ('85).
Accrington Stanley FC climbed to 7th place with 39 points from 22 games, only one point behind Wycombe Wanderers FC.
