Ligue 1 (Week 24) : Saint-Etienne and Lens tied at 3-3

FRANCE, Feb. 6, 2015 (AMP) — Ligue 1 / Match day 24: Saint-Etienne was held to a 3-3 draw by Lens on Friday.

Saint-Etienne players started off well by taking the lead thanks to Cameroonian midfielder Landry N'Guémo in the 18th minute. However, even though they were leading 1-0 at half time, and despite goals by Mollo ('58) and Erdinç ('83) in the second period, they could not prevent a comeback by Lens with goals by Yoann Touzghar ('60, '69 on penalty) and Pablo Chavarria ('77).

Saint-Etienne remains in fourth place with 41 points from 24 games, 6 points behind Paris Saint-Germain, which has a game in hand.
