Ligue 1 (Week 24) : Lorient beats Reims 3-1
FRANCE, Feb. 7, 2015 (AMP) — Ligue 1 / Match day 24: After their 0-0 draw against Montpellier on January 31, Lorient bounced back with a 3-1 victory over Reims this Saturday.
Reims had started off well by taking the lead in the 43rd minute with a goal by Cameroonian forward Benjamin Moukandjo. Trailing 1-0 at half time, Lorient players nonetheless manage to reverse the direction of the game by scoring three times in the second period (Gassama '51, Guerreiro '64 and Jeannot '86).
Reims are down in 13rd place with 29 points from 24 games, tie on points with Guingamp, which has a game in hand.
