Ligue 1 (Week 24) : Rennes and Marseille play to a 1-1 draw
FRANCE, Feb. 7, 2015 (AMP) — Ligue 1 / Match day 24: Marseille was held to a 1-1 draw by Rennes on Saturday.
Rennes players started off well by taking the lead thanks to Swedish forward Ola Toivonen in the 27th minute. However, even though they were leading 1-0 at half time, they could not prevent a comeback by Marseille with a saving goal from Argentine midfielder Lucas Ocampos in the 60th minute.
Olympique de Marseille remains in second place with 48 points from 24 games, one point behind Olympique Lyonnais, which has a game in hand.
