Ligue 1 (Week 26) : Rennes draw 1-1 with Bordeaux
FRANCE, Feb. 21, 2015 (AMP) — Ligue 1 / Match day 26: The match between Rennes and Bordeaux ended in a 1-1 draw on Saturday.
Rennes players started off well by taking the lead thanks to Rennes forward Paul-Georges Ntep in the 11th minute. However, even though they were leading 1-0 at half time, they could not prevent a comeback by Bordeaux with a saving goal from Tunisian midfielder Wahbi Khazri on penalty in the 77th minute.
Bordeaux remains in 6th place with 41 points from 26 games, tie on points with Saint-Etienne, which has a game in hand.
